development of commercial projects in Delhi-NCR. There are many inherent
factors governing these radical changes of trends in the development of
commercial sector of real estate in Delhi-NCR. In the following lines we are

developed which were meant for MNCs and Big Indian Companies.
If we talk about Delhi-NCR then we have
many this kinds of world-class commercial projects in Gurgaon and Noida. More
than a decade long process of development of this kinds of commercial projects
development resulted to Gurgaon and Noida have reached their saturation, there
level. After the saturation level. After the saturation, there are some new
areas emerged on this line of development. In Gurgaon-Manesar emerged as world
class city for MNCs and in noida, Yamuna Expressway has taken the place of as
most favoured destination for MNCs. On Yamuna expressway there is one big world

Group Cyber City has recently completed its world class commercial project.
Like this many other region also developed
as big commercial and financial hub. Sohna Road is also most favoured
destination for MNCs. The planning commission as well as Govt of India are
spending huge funds for the infrastructural development to give the region and
international look. It is also the great goal of the planning authorities and
Government to compartmentalize the sectors of MNCs with its nature of work.
Like-if any MNCs are for service sectors or hospitality sectors, or education
sectors or manufacturing sectors or any other sector. So in tune with above
discussed sectors, government has planned to carve new areas in Delhi-NCR for
these different groups of MNCs.
It is viewed that this kind of move will
definitely attract huge foreign investment in India.
