“Make in India” Will Change the destiny of India and real estate projects of Delhi-NCR.

“Make in India” The new concept of new government to bring “Made in India” in the market of world. India is planning is a hidden way to increase market share of world economy. The new concept of India would not only change the world economy but also it will give the massive impact on Real estate sectors of Delhi-NCR. As we know that there are only few earlier developed industrial and pocket in India and in the early success of this concept would give the massive boost to pre-developed these blocks. If we talk about extensively about these pre-developed blocks of India the only few names come – These are Delhi-NCR , Mumbai Corridor , Chennai, Bangalore,  Hyderabad and Kolkata. It is therefore obvious that the first prosperity by this approach of “Make in India” would come up in these regions. There are many causes behind this prosperity. First of all these blocks of economy and industry are pre-developed in all the senses like – infrastructure, pre-existing industries presence of MNCs etc. In the later phases of this concept the whole India would get the fruit of this concept of “Make in India”.

In the following lines we are going to discuss the consequences of development and demands of real estate projects in Delhi-NCR after the introduction of first phase of this concept of “make in India”. As we know the region Delhi-NCR is one of the most developed region of India and this region has high potential power to accommodate the new approach of government. Samridhi Grand Avenue is high class project for higher income group of people. This block of Delhi-NCR has huge span which starts from Kanpur to Jaipur and Haryana to Dehradun. Such a vast region and after the introduction of “Make In India” concept , Delhi-NCR would get more fruits in comparison to other region of the India. If we talk about Noida then we have vast region where new concentration of economy can be accommodated and these regions are –Noida Extension, Noida Expressway , Greater Noida , Yamuna Expressway, Taj Expressway. If we talk about Noida Extension, it is the west area of Greater Noida, due to proximity are going on and some of them have given possession in this region. The region of Noida Extension has always high demand and it will shift this demand to Yamuna Expressway. It is the region where world class residential and commercial projects are going on . It is viewed that the real estate development of Yamuna Expressway has more potential of development than any other area of Noida region. So it is clear that new concept of central government – “Make in India” will bring all direction prosperity.

As the renowned economist of the country has viewed that after the proposal of Government that the first major glimpse of success of this project can be seen in real estate sector. It is hoping that in coming months many big real estate companies of Delhi-NCR would certainly start many new residential. So it is advised that all the investors should invest now in the residential projects of Delhi-NCR other wise it will be to late.
